VINELink is the public-facing portal for VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday), which lets crime victims and the public look up an offender’s custody status and register for automatic notifications about changes in custody, court dates or release. The platform, which draws data from thousands of jails and prisons nationwide, is owned by Appriss Insights, a subsidiary of Equifax.
