Published annually since the agency’s founding as the Office of Immigration Statistics, the Yearbook compiles data on lawful immigration — green cards, naturalizations, refugee and asylum admissions — alongside enforcement figures such as removals and returns. The office also publishes a Monthly Immigration Report covering encounters, detention book-ins and book-outs, and removals, making it a useful complement to TRAC and the Deportation Data Project for tracking both lawful immigration flows and enforcement activity.
